Wer hierzu den Besen aus der Hand geben m\u00f6chte und eine professionelle Hilfe beauftragt, der darf die Rechnung ans Finanzamt senden!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Der Fiskus beteiligt sich an Abrechnungen f\u00fcr Haushalts- und Handwerkerkosten. Um immerhin 20 Prozent der Aufwendungen f\u00fcr die Arbeitsleistung einschlie\u00dflich Fahrtkosten kann die Steuer damit vermindert werden. Besch\u00e4ftigt man beispielsweise eine Haushaltshilfe mit einem monatlichen Arbeitslohn bis max. 450 Euro (Minijob) k\u00f6nnen 20 Prozent der Aufwendungen, max. 510 Euro j\u00e4hrlich, steuerlich geltend gemacht werden. F\u00fcr andere <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartsteuer.de\/online\/lexikon\/h\/haushaltsnahe-dienstleistungen\/\">haushaltsnahe Dienstleistungen<\/a> erm\u00e4\u00dfigt sich die Steuer daneben um 20 Prozent der Aufwendungen, max. 4.000 Euro. Hierunter sind z. B. die Beauftragung eines selbstst\u00e4ndigen Fensterputzers oder G\u00e4rtners aber auch Dienstleistungen einer Umzugsfirma oder eines selbstst\u00e4ndigen Pflegedienstes zu fassen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Materialkosten leider nicht umfasst<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Zus\u00e4tzlich kann eine Steuererm\u00e4\u00dfigung f\u00fcr Handwerkerleistungen, wie Renovierungs-, Erhaltungs- und Modernisierungsma\u00dfnahmen, in H\u00f6he von 20 Prozent der Aufwendungen, max. 1.200 Euro, in Anspruch genommen werden. Materialkosten oder Handwerkerarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit Neubauma\u00dfnahmen bis zur Fertigstellung des Haushalts fallen jedoch ausdr\u00fccklich nicht unter die Beg\u00fcnstigung! Die Verg\u00fcnstigungen k\u00f6nnen nebeneinander geltend gemacht werden. Lediglich eine doppelte Inanspruchnahme f\u00fcr dieselbe Leistung ist nicht m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Wichtig: Rechnung \u00fcberweisen<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Zu beachten ist allerdings immer, dass die Erm\u00e4\u00dfigung nur in Verbindung mit einer ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfen Rechnung und Zahlung des Rechnungsbetrags auf ein Konto des Leistungserbringers gew\u00e4hrt wird.
